• Cadence & format: Monthly 30-minute Zoom programs, moderated by a Steering Committee member, designed to mirror the proven “Larry Kraus Institute” conversation style.
• Audience: Socialized to approximately 350 SFO executives—with interest already expanding organically through private channels.
