- What it is: A private, invitation-only virtual Institute featuring moderated conversations with rising gen leaders of wealthy families and family office executives and their key advisors. Sessions are recorded and published for members to access on demand.
- Cadence & format: Monthly 30-60 minute Zoom programs, moderated by a Steering Committee member, designed to model after the proven “Larry Kraus Tax Institute” conversation style.
- Audience: Socialized to approximately 350 SFO executives—with interest already expanding organically through private channels.
- Steering Committee: Phil Strassler, Jennifer Richardson, Kirby Rosplock, Amy Griman, Maxim Jardai, Kathryn McCarthy, and Danielle Oristian York.
- Tamarind Learning’s role: Host the Institute within Tamarind via a dedicated private cohort and learning experience where recorded programs live, remain searchable, and compound in value over time.
