Purposeful Prenup Readiness Bundle (Module 1 and 2)
Two self-directed modules that take you from “this feels loaded” to “we know how to move forward.”
Most prenup stress doesn’t come from the document. It comes from the experience: fear, miscommunication, power imbalances, family pressure, and uncertainty about what’s “normal.”
This bundle is designed to change that.
This is for you if you want to approach a prenup or postnup thoughtfully, reduce emotional strain, and work more effectively with attorneys, mediators, and advisors.
When you’re done, you’ll have
-
Clarity on which decisions belong to you versus your attorneys or advisors
-
A shared framework for discussing money, power, fairness, and responsibility
-
Practical readiness for disclosure, drafting, and negotiation
-
Less confusion and costly rework by understanding the process as a sequence
-
Confidence entering the process without escalation, avoidance, or unnecessary friction
Thoughtful preparation often saves emotional strain, costly professional time, and long-term tension.
Designed as a structured learning experience you can move through at your own pace over several focused sessions.

How the experience works
This is a self-directed learning experience designed for real people navigating real decisions. Rather than lectures or templates, the modules guide you through structured conversations and reflections, described as intentional “date nights,” alongside individual exercises that help each partner get clear before coming together.
Module 1 helps you slow down and reset the frame so a prenup (or postnup) becomes a conversation about values, fairness, and how you want to care for each other, not a referendum on trust.
Module 2 turns that foundation into practical preparation so you understand how the process actually works (disclosure, drafting, negotiation, and what makes agreements more likely to hold up) and can work effectively with attorneys, mediators, and advisors.
The experience includes:
-
Guided video activities and structured prompts
-
Solo reflections and shared conversation frameworks
-
Curated readings and expert perspectives
-
Practical preparation for working with attorneys and advisors
Each participant has their own learning account, where they can track progress, take notes, and share selected materials with a partner or trusted advisor.
This is not a passive, talking-head course. It reflects Tamarind Learning’s multimodal approach to adult education, paired with expert guidance from Emily Bouchard.
Who this is for?
-
Individuals who want to get grounded before involving a partner
-
Couples who want a shared roadmap before drafting begins
-
Parents, advisors, or mediators supporting others through the process
A calmer way to move forward
If you want the prenup process to feel aligned with how you actually want to live together — not just compliant with legal requirements — this bundle is designed to support that.
Program Outline
Purposeful Prenups with Emily Bouchard (Module 1)
Most prenup tension begins long before drafting when assumptions about money, power, and fairness go unexamined.
Module 1 reframes what a prenuptial agreement can represent. Rather than treating it as a sign of mistrust or a legal formality, you’ll examine how a prenup can serve as a tool for clarity, fairness, and care across a lifetime together.
Through real examples, reflective exercises, and expert perspectives — including Laurie Israel’s “Generous Prenup” approach — you’ll uncover the cultural stories and personal beliefs shaping how you approach money, love, and responsibility.
By the end of this module, you’ll be prepared to begin values-based conversations with your partner and advisors from a grounded, intentional place.
Purposeful Prenups In Practice (Module 2)
Most couples don’t struggle because prenups are inherently hard. They struggle because the process is unclear.
Who does what? What information matters? What’s normal? What’s a red flag? And how do you keep this from becoming a power struggle?
Module 2 turns the prenup process into a clear sequence you can actually follow. You’ll learn what typically goes into a prenup, how disclosure works, what makes agreements more likely to hold up, and how to work productively with attorneys, mediators, and advisors.
After this module, you’ll have:
-
A practical understanding of the moving parts so drafts make sense
-
A disclosure plan that reduces “surprises” and protects trust
-
A framework for identifying pressure points early (timing, imbalance, vague terms)
-
Better conversations with your professional team—because you’ll know what to ask
This module works whether you’re going through the process as a couple or getting yourself prepared before involving your partner.

Is this course still useful if we’re already working with an attorney or advisor?
What if my partner isn’t ready or doesn’t want to do this yet?
That’s not unusual. Many people begin individually to get grounded before involving a partner. The bundle is designed to work whether you start solo or together, and materials can be shared later when the timing feels right. Module 1 in particular will help you work through how to share the prenup conversation with your partner. How much time does this realistically take?
What if I want to see how Tamarind’s learning experience works before committing?
That’s understandable. While there isn’t a trial of the Purposeful Prenup Readiness Bundle itself, you can explore a free trial of Tamarind’s Stewardship course to get a feel for the learning style. It’s a separate program, but it reflects the same multimodal, discussion-based approach used here, including guided activities, reflection prompts, and structured learning pathways.
