This course equips facilitators with the skills and tools to guide Tamarind learners through their first steps on the platform. It focuses on the conversations, insights, and rhythms that help adults stay motivated and connected to their goals. Facilitators learn how to lead effective discovery calls, support early engagement, and use Tamarind’s workbooks, activities, and platform data to personalize each learner’s experience.
By the end of the course, facilitators can design meaningful conversations, adjust pacing with confidence, and create a facilitation approach that supports prepared, engaged, and empowered learners as they move through their stewardship education.
